This is the first event of the 85th birthday celebration for the Stewart Memorial Library.
Marc Woltman, historian and journalist, will read and discuss his latest work: 1941: Fighting the Shadow War: A Divided America in a World at War. Marc is an award-winning popular historian and journalist. Marc used the William L. Shirer Papers housed in the George T. Henry Archives.

The Millionaire's Unit inspired the award-winning feature-length documentary of the same name. His articles have appeared in many publications, including Vanity Fair, Smithsonian, and Time. He is a frequent contributor to The Daily Beast on American military and political history and other subjects.
