Coe Fund

What is the Coe Fund?

In 2005, the college renamed their annual giving program the Coe Fund. What is annual giving? It is gifts made to the college annually and spent within one fiscal year. Coe College's fiscal year runs from July 1 - June 30.

Gifts to the annual fund are unrestricted, meaning they are used where the need is greatest. They meet a wide variety of vital needs, including: financial aid, library resources and student-faculty research.

Why does every gift matter?

In almost every giving year, half of the Coe Fund gifts were $100 or less, but each contributed and impacted the annual fund's grand total.

All gifts to the Coe Fund - regardless of size - are a statement of support to the Coe College mission and financial health of the institution. Each gift enhances the Coe experience and sets the foundation for students to lead successful lives.

Why does alumni giving matter?

Participation in the Coe Fund is a strong indication of alumni satisfaction. Whether your gift is $10 or $10,000, your gift says to current Kohawks and other constituencies that you value your Coe experience.
